Licence Fees

► The franchise is awarded in return for a one-time fee, to the amount of € 5,000. If necessary, this fee can be paid in two semi-annual instalments or using monthly payments over a period of two years with an additional 3% interest.

► Further, a monthly franchise fee to the amount of 10% of the monthly revenues must also be paid, based on the monthly business assessment. Alternatively, the franchisee can pay a quarterly fixed fee independent of their revenues, in which case the amount of the fee is based on the extent of the services provided by Com-Unic.

► Special advertising measures, e.g. participating in an exhibition, are invoiced separately and proportionately.

► To purchase copies of the Com-Unicator, the franchisee must pay € 0.50 per copy. For larger quantities, the copy price is reduced accordingly.

► Special access, e.g. access to the back office, are invoiced separately and based on the associated costs

► The minimum contract term is 5 years.

► The contract is re-evaluated / adjusted every 5 years.

► Except in the case of a breach of contract, no maximum contract term.
